With more than a decade of banking experience, Ngagi has strong communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for people and change management, and broad banking experience through various senior roles in internal audit, recoveries, compliance, and enterprise risk management.

I see myself as an investment partner with a passion for entrepreneurship and mentorship. I serve as coach and trainer at Rwanda Finance Academy, an initiative of the Rwanda Bankers Association.
